This is a recipe my mom has been making for me since I was little. It’s one of my absolute favorite comfort foods, especially on cold winter days.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 bag Tater-tots
- 1 cup of corn or french style green beans
- 1/3 cup whole milk
Directions
- Cook beef and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until beef is well browned, stirring to break up meat. Drain fat.
- Stir soup, corn or green beans, and Worcestershire into skillet. Spoon beef mixture into 9x13-inch baking dish. Arrange potatoes side by side until the casserole is completely covered.
- Bake at 425 degrees F for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
